In exercise of the powers conferred by section 340(1) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001, the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the Securities and Futures Act 2001, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Securities and Futures Act 2001 (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 9 October 2022.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. In the Third Schedule to the Securities and Futures Act 2001, delete paragraph 9.
