Accident Prevention) (Amendment)
Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 82 of the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) Act 2014, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Health and Safety Protection and Accident Prevention) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 January 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Health and Safety Protection and Accident Prevention) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 177/2014), in the Schedule, in item 4, replace “Gender” with “Sex”.
