(Certification Marks) (Revocation)
Regulations 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45(1) of the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority Act, the Agri‑Food and Veterinary Authority, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Marks) (Revocation) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Revocation

2. The Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Marks) Regulations (Rg 1) are revoked.

Made on 1 April 2019.
