(Restriction of Speed on Roads)
(Amendment No. 3) Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 7 August 2021.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6) (called in this Notification the principal Notification) is amended by inserting, immediately after Part 43, the following Part:

“Part 44

Sunset Way Housing Estate

Sunset Close.

Sunset Crescent.

Sunset Drive.

Sunset Grove.

Sunset Heights.

Sunset Place.

Sunset Square.

Sunset Terrace.

Sunset Vale.

Sunset View.

Sunset Walk.

Sunset Way.”.

Amendment of Third Schedule

3. The Third Schedule to the principal Notification is amended —

(a)

by deleting the item relating to “Canberra Link — that part of Canberra Link between Sembawang Road and Canberra Road.” and substituting the following item:

“Canberra Link.”; and

(b)

by deleting the item relating to “Yishun Avenue 2 — that part of Yishun Avenue 2 between Lentor Avenue and Yishun Avenue 7.” and substituting the following item:

“Yishun Avenue 2.”.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

4. The Fourth Schedule to the principal Notification is amended —

(a)	by deleting the item relating to “Canberra Link — that part of Canberra Link between Yishun Avenue 2 and Sembawang Road.”; and
(b)	by deleting the item relating to “Yishun Avenue 2 — that part of Yishun Avenue 2 between Yishun Avenue 7 and Canberra Link.”.
