Newspaper and Printing Presses
(Exemption from Part III of Act)
(Amendment) Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Communications and Information hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 26th March 2014.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 403/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 84, the following item:

“85.	Julius Baer Asia Investment Ideas

Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd.”.
