Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act 1998, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Planning (Exemptions — Miscellaneous Cancellations) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 1 August 2022.
Cancellation
2.  The Notifications in the Schedule are cancelled.
