(Amendment of First and Second Schedules)
Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Infectious Diseases Act 1976 (Amendment of First and Second Schedules) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, in the First Schedule, delete item 10.
Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  In the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, in the Second Schedule, delete item 1.
