In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.

Amendment of First Schedule

2.—(1) In the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 260/2018) (called in this Order the principal Order), in the First Schedule, in Part 1 —

(a)

replace items 17 and 18 with —

“17.	A path (approximately 0.24 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8 and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1, running along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 and ending at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10 and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1.
