Financial Procedure Act
(Chapter 109)
Financial (Amendment) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Financial Procedure Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Financial (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2003.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Financial Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “Attorney-General,” in the definition of “Accounting Officer”, the words “the Solicitor-General,”.
