(Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Notification is the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006 (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2022.
(2)  Paragraph 2(f) comes into operation on 13 June 2022.
(3)  Paragraph 2(a) to (e) comes into operation on 22 June 2022.
