Infectious Diseases Act
(Chapter 137)
Infectious Diseases (Prescribed Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(1)(c) and 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Prescribed Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 2nd August 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Prescribed Institutions) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 300/2008) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 4, the following item:
“4A.  Khoo Teck Puat Hospital”.
