(Part 5 Miscellaneous Revocations)
Rules 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Planning Act 1998, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Planning (Part 5 Miscellaneous Revocations) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 August 2022.
Revocation
2.  The following Rules are revoked:
(a)the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5);
(b)the Planning (Development Charge — Exemption) Rules (R 6);
(c)the Planning (Development Charge — Exemption in relation to Historical Base Value) Rules 2008 (G.N. No. S 112/2008);
(d)the Planning (Deferment of Payment of Development Charge by Charities) Rules 2017 (G.N. No. S 232/2017).
