(Amendment No. 2) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Air Navigation (Amendment No. 2) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 January 2023.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. In the Air Navigation Order (O 2) —

(a)

delete Part VB and the Nineteenth Schedule;

(b)

in the Twelfth Schedule, delete paragraph 16;

(c)

in the Thirteenth Schedule, in Part A, delete —

“Paragraph 50G(1) and (2).

Paragraph 50E, in respect of paragraph 7(1) and (2) of Part II, and paragraph 2(1) and (1A) of Part IV, of Nineteenth Schedule.”; and

(d)

in the Thirteenth Schedule, in Part B, delete —

“Paragraph 50D(1) and (2).

Paragraph 50DA.

Paragraph 50DB.

Paragraph 50E, in respect of paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4(2) and 7(3) of Part II, and paragraph 1 of Part III, of Nineteenth Schedule.

Paragraph 50F(4).”.
