(Casino Operators — Exemption)
(Amendment) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Casino Operators — Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 3 January 2019.
Deletion and substitution of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Common Gaming Houses (Casino Operators — Exemption) Notification 2010 (G.N. No. S 84/2010) is deleted and the following paragraph substituted therefor:
“Exemption
3.  The provisions of the Act do not apply to and in relation to any gaming, or lottery held, within the casino premises of a casino operator, if the game or lottery is conducted —
(a)by or on behalf of the casino operator; or
(b)under the control or supervision of the casino operator.”.
