Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act 1966, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 31 March 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3), in the First Schedule, replace item (9) with —
 
“(9)  Pasir Panjang Terminal
 
  All that area occupied by “PASIR PANJANG TERMINAL — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 5,880,022 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:
  The boundary commences at the northwest corner of “PASIR PANJANG TERMINAL — FREE TRADE ZONE” at a point 30,310.960 metres North and 19,958.452 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum, and the boundaries run along successive lines of coordinates approximately as follows:
