(Amendment of Third Schedule)
Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(6) of the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993 (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 April 2024.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. In the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993, in the Third Schedule, in paragraph 12, replace “tax imposed under the Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) Act 1968” with “water conservation tax”.
