(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 April 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3) —

(a)

renumber items 6 and 7 as items 5 and 6, respectively;

(b)

after item 6 as renumbered by paragraph (a), insert —

“7.	Mr Chan Heng Kee

8.	Mr Pang Kin Keong”; and

(c)

delete existing item 8 relating to the name “Ms Yong Ying‑I”.
