Strategic Goods (Control)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Strategic Goods (Control) Act 2002, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Strategic Goods (Control) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 October 2022.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. In item 2 of the Fourth Schedule to the Strategic Goods (Control) Regulations (Rg 1) —

(a)

in sub-paragraph (n), before “6A107”, insert “6A102,”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (n), after “6A107,”, insert “6A108,”;

(c)

after sub-paragraph (n), insert —

“(na)

6B008;”;

(d)

in sub-paragraph (q), before “7A101”, insert “7A004, 7A005, 7A006,”;

(e)
