In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Remote Gambling (Info‑communications Media Development Authority — Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Remote Gambling (Info‑communications Media Development Authority — Exemption) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 913/2020) is amended by deleting the words “1 September 2021” and substituting the words “30 September 2021”.
