(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 3)
Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2022 and, except for paragraph 2(b), is deemed to have come into operation on 6 April 2022.

(2) Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 13 April 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) —

(a)

in Part 1, in item 1, in the second column, after item (63), insert —

“(64) Econ Care Residence (Henderson)”; and

(b)

in Part 1, in item 20, in the second column, after item (4), insert —

“(5) Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital @ Potong Pasir”.
