(Amendment No. 2) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Mr Chan Chun Sing, the Minister charged with the responsibility for public sector personnel and personnel‑development policies, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 3 April 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010), in the First Schedule —

(a)	in item 2, in the third column, delete “Mr Stanley Loh Ka Leung”;
(b)	in item 2, in the third column, after “Mr Joseph Leong Weng Keong”, insert “Mr Luke Goh”;
(c)	in item 5, in the third column, delete “Mr Loh Khum Yean”; and
(d)	in item 5, in the third column, after “Mr Aubeck Kam”, insert “Mr Luke Goh”.
