(Amendment of Fifth Schedule)
Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(2) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995 (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. In the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995, in the Fifth Schedule, in Part 1, in item 6, replace paragraph (aa) with —

“(aa)

rule 5 of the Road Traffic (Bicycles, Three‑wheeled Pedal Cycles, Trishaws and Recumbent Devices — Construction and Use) Rules 2024 (G.N. No. S 157/2024);”.
