In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2022 and, except for paragraph 2(b), is deemed to have come into operation on 6 April 2022.

(2) Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 13 April 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016) —

(a)

after item 194, insert —

“195. Econ Care Residence (Henderson)”; and

(b)

after item 195, insert —
