Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Customs Act, the Director-General of Customs and Excise, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (9) in the Schedule to the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) Notification (N 3, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (a) in the first column and substituting the following paragraph:

“(a) the extension of opening hours in respect of customs offices and container freight stations ”.
