Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2022 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 May 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) —

(a)

in Part 1, in item 1, in the second column, delete items (32), (33) and (35);

(b)

in Part 1, in item 1, in the second column, after item (64), insert —

“(65) LC Nursing Home”; and

(c)

in Part 1, after item 45, insert —
