Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Government Procurement Act 1997, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 January 2024.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. In the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1), in paragraph 4 —

(a)	in sub-paragraph (2), replace “$141,275” with “$157,963”;
(b)	in sub-paragraph (2A), replace “$765,600” with “$733,240”; and
(c)	in sub-paragraph (2B), replace “$9,570,000” with “$9,165,500”.
