(Amendment of First Schedule)
Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43(a) of the Extradition Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Extradition Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 1 September 2017.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part I of the First Schedule to the Extradition Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 31, the following item:

“32.	An offence against the law giving effect to the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism done in New York on 13 April 2005.”.
