(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4B(3) of the Penal Code 1871, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Penal Code 1871 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 28 July 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Penal Code 1871, in the Schedule, in item 12, replace “section 424A” with “sections 424A and 424B”.
