(Miscellaneous Amendments)
Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 200 of the Casino Control Act 2006, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations are the Casino Control (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2022 and, except for regulations 2(b) and (c) and 4(b) and (c), come into operation on 1 August 2022.

(2) Regulations 2(b) and (c) and 4(b) and (c) are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Amendment of Casino Control (Gaming Equipment) Regulations 2009

2. In the Casino Control (Gaming Equipment) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 414/2009) —

(a)	in regulation 2(1) (definition of “official website”), replace “http://www.cra.gov.sg” with “https://www.gra.gov.sg”;
(b)	in regulation 3(2), replace “(Cap. 50)” with “1967”; and
(c)	in the First Schedule, in the Note, replace “(Cap. 117A)” with “1993”.

Amendment of Casino Control (Casino Licence and Fees) Regulations 2009

3. In the Casino Control (Casino Licence and Fees) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 429/2009), in regulation 2(1)(a), replace “http://bpnet.cra.gov.sg” with “https://www.gra.gov.sg”.

Amendment of Casino Control (Advertising) Regulations 2010

4. In the Casino Control (Advertising) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 86/2010) —

(a)	in regulation 2 (definition of “designated tourist attraction”), replace “http://www.cra.gov.sg” with “https://www.gra.gov.sg”;
(b)	in regulation 2 (definition of “Singapore Tourism Board”), replace “(Cap. 305B)” with “1963”; and
(c)	in regulation 4(2)(c)(ii), replace “(Cap. 127)” with “1954”.
