(Amendment) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Public Entertainments Act 1958, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Security) (Public Entertainment Licensing Officer) (Amendment) Notification 2023 and is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 1

2. In the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Security) (Public Entertainment Licensing Officer) Notification (N 1), in paragraph 1, delete “and Meetings”.
