Land Transport Authority of Singapore
(Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(2)(c) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Communications and Information Technology, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 13th June 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (Fees) Rules (R 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item (5) and substituting the following items:

“

(5) For the supply of a monochromatic copy of a notice without attached plan served under the Street Works Act (Cap.320A)

$1 for each page or part thereof.

(5A) For the supply of a copy of a plan served under the Street Works Act

$5 for each copy of any size.

”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item (6), the following item:

“

(7) For the supply of each coloured copy of, or extract from, any document without attached plan

$3 for each page or part thereof.

”.
