Weights and Measures
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Weights and Measures Act 1975, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Weights and Measures (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 21 November 2022.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  In the Second Schedule to the Weights and Measures Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 844/2005), replace the table (excluding the “Notes”) under the heading “WEIGHING INSTRUMENTS” with —
