(Amendment) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Customs Act 1960, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Customs (Retail Food Establishments — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 August 2023.
Deletion of paragraph 3
2.  In the Customs (Retail Food Establishments — Exemption) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 949/2022), delete paragraph 3.
