(Ministry of Defence)
(Amendment) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act 1920, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Fees (Ministry of Defence) (Amendment) Order 2023.
New paragraph 3
2.  In the Fees (Ministry of Defence) Order (O 1), after paragraph 2, insert —
“Remission
3.  The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence may remit wholly or in part any fee payable under this Order.”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  In the Fees (Ministry of Defence) Order, in the Schedule, delete item 7.
