(Authorised Piers and Places for
Import by Sea) (Amendment)
Regulations 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 31 and 143 of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 18th November 2011.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (viii) of paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(viii)

West Coast Pier, 60 West Coast Ferry Road;”.
