(Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Registration of Criminals Act 1949, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Registration of Criminals Act 1949 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 2 May 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Registration of Criminals Act 1949, in the First Schedule —
(a)in Part 2, replace the item relating to “Societies Act 1966” with —
 
“Societies Act 1966
...
Sections 14, 15 and 23.
 
 
 
Section 29(4) (as in force immediately before 2 May 2024).”; and
(b)after Part 7, insert —
“Part 8
OFFENCES UNDER OTHER LAWS INCLUDED
WITH EFFECT FROM 2 May 2024
Societies Act 1966
Section 29B(1) and (2).
”.
