(Amendment of Fourth Schedule)
(No. 2) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22(2)(b) of the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993 (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 23 June 2023.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. In the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993, in the Fourth Schedule, in Part 2, in paragraph 1 —

(a)

in sub‑paragraph (d), after sub‑paragraph (xvi), insert —

“(xvii)	United Kingdom Myths and Legends series coin;
(xviii)	United Kingdom The Royal Tudor Beasts series coin;”;

(b)

in sub‑paragraph (e), after sub‑paragraph (xxiv), insert —

“(xxv)	United Kingdom Myths and Legends series coin;
(xxvi)	United Kingdom The Royal Tudor Beasts series coin;”;

(c)

in sub‑paragraph (f)(xii), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and

(d)

in sub‑paragraph (f), after sub‑paragraph (xii), insert —

“(xiii)

United Kingdom The Royal Tudor Beasts series coin.”.
