| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 3 September 2021. |
| Amendment of Part I of First Schedule |
| 2. Part I of the First Schedule to the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 569/2012) is amended by deleting the word “An” in paragraph 5 and substituting the words “Except as the Controller specifies otherwise in writing, an”. |
| Amendment of Part I of Fourth Schedule |
| 3. Part I of the Fourth Schedule to the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) Regulations 2012 is amended by deleting the word “The” in paragraph 19 and substituting the words “Except as the Controller specifies otherwise in writing, the”. |
