(Amendment) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Air Navigation Act, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Air Navigation (Aviation Security) (Amendment) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 18 December 2018.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. Paragraph 3 of the Air Navigation (Aviation Security) Order (O 5) is amended by deleting the words “Protected Areas and Protected Places Act (Cap. 256)” in the definitions of “protected area” and “protected place” and substituting the words “Infrastructure Protection Act 2017 (Act 41 of 2017)”.
