(Levy) (Amendment)
Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act 1990, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 September 2023.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. In the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 371/2011), in the Fourth Schedule, in item 1, in the fourth column, replace “$450” with “$550”.
