Fire Safety (Petroleum) (Amendment) Regulations 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(1) of the Fire Safety Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Safety (Petroleum) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Amendment of regulation 40

2. Regulation 40(1) of the Fire Safety (Petroleum) Regulations (Rg 7, 2001 Ed.) is amended by deleting “$50” and substituting “$70”.

Amendment of First Schedule

3. The First Schedule to the Fire Safety (Petroleum) Regulations is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$50” in the second column of item (a) and substituting “$70”; and
(b)	by deleting “$90” in the second column of item (b) and substituting “$120”.
