Manipulation (Amendment)
Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act 2019, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 22 April 2024.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  In the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 662/2019), in regulation 3 —
(a)in paragraphs (1)(e) and (3)(e), delete “and” at the end;
(b)in paragraphs (1)(f) and (3)(f), insert “; and” at the end;
(c)in paragraph (1), after sub‑paragraph (f), insert —
(g)LinkedIn Corporation.”; and
(d)in paragraph (3), after sub‑paragraph (f), insert —
(g)LinkedIn Corporation.”.
Amendment of regulation 15
3.  In the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Regulations 2019, in regulation 15 —
(a)in paragraphs (1)(b)(vii) and (2)(g), insert a semi‑colon at the end;
(b)in paragraph (1)(b), after sub‑paragraph (vii), insert —
(viii)LinkedIn Corporation.”; and
(c)in paragraph (2), after sub‑paragraph (g), insert —
(h)LinkedIn Corporation.”.
