Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Coroners Act 2010, the Minister for Law makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Coroners Act 2010 (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 2 May 2023.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. In the Coroners Act 2010, in the Third Schedule, delete items 2 and 6.
