Trade Marks (Amendment) Rules 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Trade Marks Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Amendment) Rules 1997 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th January 1997.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. Part I of the Third Schedule to the Trade Marks Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting the words “agricultural implements” in item Class 7 and substituting the words “agricultural implements other than hand operated”.
