Environmental Pollution Control (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1) of the Environmental Pollution Control Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Pollution Control (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2007.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Environmental Pollution Control (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting the item relating to the substance “Hydrogen peroxide”.
