Property Tax (Non-residential Buildings) (Remission) (Amendment) Order 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(5B) of the Property Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Property Tax (Non-Residential Buildings) (Remission) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 26th January 1999.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  Paragraph 1 of the Property Tax (Non-Residential Buildings) (Remission) Order 1998 (G.N. No. S 262/98) is amended by deleting "30th June 1999" and substituting "30th June 2000".
