(Exemption from Section 12)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 12) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 30 April 2022.
Amendment of paragraph 4
2.  In paragraph 4(2) of the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 12) Order (O 6), replace “30 April 2022” with “30 June 2022”.
