Change in Use Lodgment Authorisation)
(Amendment) Notification 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(6) of the Planning Act 1998, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Child Care Centre — Change in Use Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 14 February 2024.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. In the Planning (Child Care Centre — Change in Use Lodgment Authorisation) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 137/2005), in paragraph 4(1)(e), replace “$160.50, inclusive of goods and services tax chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993” with “$150”.
