(Shared Paths) (Amendment)
Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 15 February 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.—(1)  In the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 260/2018) (called in this Order the principal Order), in the First Schedule, in Part 3, after item 15, insert —
“16.A path (approximately 0.27 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Bishan Road and Bishan Street 11, running along Bishan Street 11 and ending at the intersection of Bishan Street 11, Bishan Street 12 and Bishan Street 13.
17.A path (approximately 0.53 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Bishan Street 22 and Bishan Street 23 near Block 231, running along Bishan Street 23 and ending at the junction of Bishan Street 23 and Bishan Street 22.”.
(2)  In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in Part 6, after item 52, insert —
“53.A path (approximately 0.74 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Sheares Avenue and Park Street, running along Park Street and ending at the junction of Park Street and Shenton Lane.
54.A path (approximately 0.17 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Marina Way and Park Street, running along Park Street and ending at the junction of Park Street and Bayfront Avenue.
55.A path (approximately 0.13 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Bayfront Avenue and Park Street, running along Park Street and ending at the junction of Park Street and Sheares Avenue.
56.A path (approximately 0.08 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Marina View and Park Street, running along Park Street and ending at the junction of Park Street and Straits View.
57.A path (approximately 0.26 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Park Street and Sheares Avenue near lamp post 48F, running along Sheares Avenue and ending at the junction of Sheares Avenue and Central Boulevard near lamp post 70F.
58.A path (approximately 0.05 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Robinson Road and Maxwell Road, running along Maxwell Road and ending at the junction of Maxwell Road and Maxwell Link.”.
(3)  In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in Part 7, after item 3, insert —
“4.A path (approximately 0.56 kilometre in length) starting at Dakota MRT station Exit A along Dunman Road, running east along Dunman Road and then north‑easterly on level ground in between Dunman Regency Condominium and Rose Court Condominium and ending at Tanjong Katong Road near lamp post 11F.”.
(4)  In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in Part 11, after item 8, insert —
“9.A path (approximately 0.06 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Marina Gardens Drive and Marina Boulevard near lamp post 1, running along Marina Boulevard and ending at Marina South MRT station Exit 4 near lamp post 88F.
10.A path (approximately 0.16 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Marina Mall and Marina Boulevard near lamp post 94F, running along Marina Boulevard and ending at the junction of Marina Boulevard and Marina Link near lamp post 104F.”.
(5)  In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in Part 15, after item 3, insert —
“4.A path (approximately 0.32 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Holland Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue, running along Commonwealth Avenue and ending near lamp post 95.
5.A path (approximately 0.45 kilometre in length) starting at the intersection of Commonwealth Drive and Commonwealth Avenue, running along Commonwealth Avenue and ending at the junction of Commonwealth Avenue and Queensway.
6.A path (approximately 0.20 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Queensway and Commonwealth Avenue, running along Commonwealth Avenue and ending at the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue and Margaret Drive.
7.A path (approximately 0.30 kilometre in length) starting at the intersection of Margaret Drive and Commonwealth Avenue, running along Commonwealth Avenue and ending near lamp post 32.”.
(6)  In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in Part 18, after item 12, insert —
“13.A path (approximately 0.70 kilometre in length) starting after the flyover near lamp post 162, running along Sengkang East Avenue and ending at the junction of Sengkang East Avenue and Anchorvale Link.
14.A path (approximately 0.20 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Anchorvale Drive and Anchorvale Road, running along Anchorvale Road and ending at the junction of Anchorvale Road and Sengkang East Avenue.
15.A path (approximately 0.18 kilometre in length) starting near lamp post 169F, running across the flyover over Sungei Punggol and ending near lamp post 153 along Sengkang West Way.”.
(7)  In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in Part 19, after item 5, insert —
“6.A path (approximately 0.26 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Marina Link and Central Boulevard near lamp post 57F, running along Central Boulevard and ending at the junction of Central Boulevard and Marina Gardens Drive near lamp post 91F.
7.A path (approximately 0.23 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Marina Link and Central Boulevard near lamp post 52S10F, running along Central Boulevard and ending at the junction of Central Boulevard and Marina Gardens Drive near lamp post 90F.

(8)  In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in Part 20, after item 44, insert —
“45.A path (approximately 0.16 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Tampines Avenue 5 and Tampines Avenue 4, running along Tampines Avenue 4 and ending at the junction of Tampines Avenue 4 and Tampines Central 1.
46.A path (approximately 0.23 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Tampines Avenue 4 and Tampines Central 1, running along Tampines Central 1 and ending at the junction of Tampines Central 1 and Tampines Central 2.

6.A path (approximately 0.12 kilometre in length) starting near lamp post 12 on Bukit Batok Street 31, running along Bukit Batok Street 31 and ending at the junction of Bukit Batok Street 31 and Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 (excluding the path between carpark (BBU26) entrance and lamp post 17 near Block 369).
7.A path (approximately 0.25 kilometre in length) starting near lamp post 46 on Bukit Batok West Avenue 5, running along Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 and ending at the junction of Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 and Bukit Batok Street 34 (excluding the path between lamp post 42 and Block 361, the path between lamp post 36 and bus stop number 43581, and the path between lamp post 30 and lamp post 28).

Amendment of Third Schedule
4.  In the principal Order, in the Third Schedule, after item 127, insert —
