Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Infectious Diseases Act 1976 (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 14 February 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, in the First Schedule, replace item 25A with —
“25A.Mpox”.
